This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to direct, pre-approved B2B customers of USA Vape Lab.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All sales made directly by USA Vape Lab are final. USA Vape Lab does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased directly from USA Vape Lab.
Products purchased from a distributor, retailer, or other third party must be addressed through the original seller and are subject to that seller’s applicable return or refund policy.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If you receive an order that appears to have been damaged during shipment, contains incorrect products, or you believe a product may have a manufacturing defect, please contact USA Vape Lab as soon as possible so our team can review the issue.
Please provide:
- Your business name and contact information
- Order or invoice number
- Product name and quantity
- A description of the issue
- Photographs or other documentation when applicable
USA Vape Lab may request additional information or documentation to investigate the issue.
Any resolution for a damaged, incorrect, or defective order will be determined by USA Vape Lab on a case-by-case basis and may include an appropriate account credit, replacement, or other resolution, where applicable.
Product Complaints
Product quality or safety concerns should be reported directly to USA Vape Lab. Customers may be asked to provide product information, lot or batch information, photographs, or other details necessary for investigation.
Customers should not dispose of a product involved in a product complaint until USA Vape Lab has provided further instructions, as the product may need to be retained for investigation.
